Life of A Magazine Editor

I've seen numerous movies of people working as a magazine editor. It requires a  lot of focusing, creativity, and time. I've always wondered how a magazine came about all together when flipping through every single page. One page of a magazine is filled with people putting work together, taking photos, people writing a short summary, photoshopping, colours, etc.

I've seen editors being really busy and efficient. To them, they take their jobs seriously and being on time is really important. I want to be a part of that process and learn all the different sides of magazine editing. I want people to enjoy what they're reading and I want readers to be interested on every page their reading.

Being an editor for a magazine needs strengths in writing, as in creative writing so that the readers can be engaged in what they're reading. They need to know how people feel, so that they can relate personal experiences to the reader.

Even though it is not a very easy job, it is something that will keep me interested for a very long time. Being able to work with different people makes everything exciting and being able to catch up with fashion will always be something I won't look down on.
